Susan Anderson, CEO & Founder
TBK Environmental
Susan Anderson is a trailblazing entrepreneur, environmental scientist, and manufacturing executive who is reshaping how industries view waste, compliance, and chemical solutions. As the CEO and Founder of TBK Environmental and TBK One, Susan leads two high-growth, women-owned companies that deliver sustainable, science-backed solutions to clients across construction, oil and gas, and manufacturing.
With a multidisciplinary background in physics, chemistry, and biology from the University of Texas at Arlington, Susan brings deep scientific expertise to the field. She launched TBK Environmental in 2009 as a niche consulting firm and scaled it into a multi-million-dollar waste management company known for its innovative W2V (Waste to Value) program. This signature program helps clients transform regulated waste into business assets, improving sustainability/ESG outcomes, reducing costs, and driving operational value.
In 2021, she expanded her impact by founding TBK One, a vertically integrated chemical manufacturing company specializing in custom blending, new product formulation, and eco-conscious industrial cleaners.
Known for her people-first leadership style, Susan is a mentor, community leader, and advocate for sustainable progress. Under her direction, both companies have grown rapidly while earning trust as go-to partners for businesses seeking cleaner, safer, and smarter solutions.

David Davis, COO
TBK Environmental
Growth-focused and innovative, David is a talented, high-functioning leader who leverages over two decades of industry experience.
Appointed Chief Operating Officer in April 2025, David previously served as Vice President of Sales, where he directed TBK’s end-to-end sales and operations functions. During his tenure, David spearheaded TBK’s rapid growth and has played a key role in the continued development of strategic partnerships and vendor relationships.
A 23-year veteran of the United States Air Force, David is a lifelong member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and takes great pride in his service to our country. He remains deeply committed to supporting fellow veterans and veteran-focused organizations.
Prior to joining TBK, David worked at a privately owned environmental company and oversaw a 300% growth trajectory as a result of optimizing marketing strategies and establishing himself as a reliable partner in the industry.
David also spent 8 years with Waste Connections as the Texas Region Special Waste Sales Manager, where he was the first to oversee special waste sales at all Texas Class 1 landfills. His protocols remain the best practices today.
David earned his Master’s degree from Wayland Baptist University. He is a devoted husband and father of five children and four grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, and kayaking.
