TBK Environmental Named No. 6 Among Environmental Companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000 List the Most Prestigious Ranking of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies
Company Recognized for 139% Three-Year Revenue Growth, Earning a Place Among the Nation’s Most Successful Independent Businesses
[Carrollton, TX] August 11, 2026 – TBK Environmental today announced it has been ranked No. 6 among environmental companies and No. 1796 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
The list is the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, recognizing companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and shaping the future of the economy. Past honorees include companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle, and Patagonia.
"Growth like this doesn't happen because leadership sets a target. It happens because the team at TBK Environmental brings real expertise to the work every single day, and treats every client like the relationship more than the transaction. That's the kind of care that earns trust," shares Susan Anderson, Founder & CEO, TBK Environmental. "Companies trusting us with something as consequential as their compliance, their documentation, their operations is what got us to No. 6. This is a testament to our team, and to the clients who gave us the chance to earn it. We're proud of what we've built together."
This year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. From AI and advanced manufacturing to healthcare, consumer products, and professional services, these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.
"This growth has pushed us to think harder about what 'a higher standard' should mean going forward. That's where our Waste-2-Value approach comes in. It's not just a sustainability program; for us and for our customers, it's a mindset,” states David Davis, COO, TBK Environmental. “We look at every waste stream a facility generates, not just the ones already sitting on a compliance report and ask whether there's a better outcome available: recovery, diversion, or cost reduction. Compliance will always come first but we want to help our customers find ways to help the environment, and their bottom line."
